I want to give a huge thank you to Shiloh and Jessica for helping us purchase our first home! ❤️ I met them years ago at a home-buying workshop they hosted, and their knowledge and genuine warmth always stuck with me. When I was finally ready to buy, I knew I’d go straight to them and I’m so glad I did. Their communication was incredible, their market insight was spot-on, and the research they did before making an offer gave me complete confidence. Even with the added complexity of buying from family, they guided me with patience, clarity, and so much care. And even though I’m pretty sure they thought we were a little crazy for falling in love with a home that needs plenty of work, they never made us feel that way. They saw how much we believed in this place, supported us through every step, and even started to see some of the magic we will be bringing back into it as we renovate. They didn’t just help us buy a house, they helped us start a new chapter. Their support, knowledge, and genuine hearts made this experience unforgettable. Shiloh and Jessica are truly people I’ll be grateful to know for a lifetime. ❤️

From our initial meeting Mark listened and paid attention to what I was looking for. Being away from the area for quite some time he enlightened me on the current housing market and what I should expect. He walked me through multiple places so I was able to see what my budget was capable of. Some he knew of and others that I wanted to see. When he showed me the house I ended up purchasing, he warned me of some of the potential issues. Everything worked out and I am very pleased with the work Mark did for me. I highly recommend him.
