Jessica, Youstina and the rest of the team were so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We had a small timeline to sell our house and had some obstacles along the way, but they guided us through everything with great communication, understanding and empathy. We had a certain amount in mind for the price of our house and the way they presented the house with their professional photos, online marketing, and strategic approach with the way they timed the listing and the open house we got multiple offers over asking price in less than 5 days of the listing. They communicated thoroughly through the whole process and even kept in touch after the sale and still check in with us now to see how we are doing. We couldn’t be happier and more satisfied that we trusted Jessica Skoloda with selling the house that we had so many great memories in and where our daughter grew up.

Kayla was an incredible resource and support to help us find our house. My wife and I were new to the area, Kayla went above and beyond expectations on multiple occasions to support us: video tours, support finding expert advice and help and a strong push to keep our closing on track! Overall a great experience and we highly recommend Kayla if you are looking for a new house!

David exceeded all expectations! Their communication was clear and consistent, their guidance invaluable, and their support truly outstanding. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I can’t recommend them highly enough—thank you!”
