Darcy is a wonderful agent; she listens to everything you want in a home and guides you to the correct one. She is very knowledgeable and thinks of everything you may forget about when looking at houses because it can become overwhelming. I looked at many houses and had thought I would never find my new family home. Darcy kept encouraging me and telling me it may take some time, but when you find it or it finds you, you will know. She was always available to me no matter what time or day. I feel a good real estate agent is priceless, and Darcy is that if not more! I was fortunate to have Paul Orzel as my agent when looking to purchase a home. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy any real estate. When I decided to purchase a house later in life, I knew nothing about how much the process had changed and what was involved. I must say that it was very intimidating, and there was so much information that I needed to be made aware of. Paul is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me step-by-step very patiently…because I asked so many questions and some repetitively that I actually felt that I was being very annoying, but he never made me feel that way and he was always positive and informative and helpful and kind.
