She knows people in many professions, so if you have any questions that she is unable to answer, which are few, she gets right on the phone with professionals (plumbing, electrical, septic, zoning, etc.) that could provide the information needed for us to make the best decision for us. She is very knowledgeable in Oil, Gas, and Mineral (OGM) rights also, and that is very important in NEPA. Celese is also very accommodating when we had to meet.
