Me and my husband found out we had to move out of state for a career promotion, and we had less than 2 months to close on a home and move in. We only had 1 weekend to spare in between the holidays, so within a few days of talking, John had 2 days full of showings lined up and organized. He guided us to look at different areas/ neighborhoods of Tampa - giving us market knowledge along the way. He listened to our "must haves" but also helped us compromise to find the perfect home. The home we purchased had a few items that needed repair- with us being out of state it was hard to facilitate these estimates, etc. John went above and beyond to get those items done for us before and after the house transaction.
