Denise gives 1000% percent to her job. She is always listening to you, and gives you her honest feedback. I can't say enough about her. She was with us in the beginning, putting our house on the market, putting in her time on marketing the house, not just listing it, but actually trying to sell it. She knows the market,and how it was trending at the time, but never once gave up. She was always in touch with us, and always just a phone call away if we had any questions at all. The best part was she took the time to show us places that we wanted to move to. She took us to places sometimes 3 times to look again, because sometimes you miss something you didnt see the first time. You see it maybe the second time, or the 3rd. It really helped us to see things better, and not jump to a quick decision because the place is pretty. Thank you Denise for your advice on the stairs!! We would have died moving all the stuff in, and then just day to day running in and out, especially with the dogs !!. She knew, she never said no, but gave her advice, and she was right. She will find you the right place, and knows exactly what your looking for. Denise is a top notch negotiator. She is relentless, and will get you top dollar for your home., and also works the other way to get you into a place that you want to call home. Denise works so hard for you, and is always one step ahead of you. She knows her job inside and out. Top notch realtor, and we will definitely use her again.
