Best real estate experience ever!  I've had many; in multiple states and across 3 counties in Florida and Thomas was the most experienced realtor of them all. I purchased my new home remotely from over 1000 miles away.  I chose Thomas to help me find my forever home because of his extensive resume and experience and I chose well!  Thomas would view each property, take extensive videos and upload them for me to see from afar.  He was thorough, informative and covered all the bases which allowed me to see each property without being physically present.   He knew all 3 counties I was looking at very well and offered valuable insight for me to make decisions.  I'd previously lived in both Hillsborough and Pinellas and owned another home in Pasco. I put my house up for sale and interest rates had dropped in eight or nine months. I was looking at the other houses in the neighborhood and what they were getting and I had an idea of what I wanted, but Sarah had more insight than I did, she ended up selling my house in a week and I got the highest highest price for the house in my neighborhood.
