Dean helped us find a home for my Father.. Being on a fixed income & having concerns with monthly association & maintenance fees, made the process tricky at times, but Dean was clear on the end goal and helped us find the right property, negotiate a fair deal and get to the closing table... Will use him again as future needs arises

Using the same realtor for 25 years to buy, sell, buy, sell, buy pays off! The relationship makes all the difference. The Ward Team got right to work as soon as we had a phone conversation about considering leasing a house and leaving a rental community.
