Jacob was very good at communicating and making sure that I was in the know and understanding everything that was going on during the whole process. He checked to make sure documents were accurate before I signed them and tried his best to negotiate with the builder. He was very professional and always tried to ensure a smooth closing process.

Funny enough, we bought a house down the street after all that only to find out a storm ripped the lines out of the house. Without his electrician contact we couldn't have closed when we did.
