It finally came time to help my mum sell her 2nd home as she is getting older with cognitive decline and can no longer keep track of the maintenance. We lived briefly in this home before renting it out and it truly was our favorite home with the happiest of memories; so this was a particularly difficult transition on many levels. Naomi was a Godsend to us in that she was super sharp and able to negotiate with the former tenants as well as the many other players that contributed to the very quick selling of this beloved home. Naomi was additionally generous in her assistance given my mother cannot drive and had a stroke during this time that affected her language and speech. Naomi even continued to work and communicate back and forth with us and the other agent and attorneys while she was on a 2-week vacation in Eastern Europe with a significant time difference! Her presence of mind, attention to detail, thorough knowledge of real estate and her intact moral compass meant that we felt we could trust her throughout this stressful and many times, confusing process. We are forever grateful to Naomi and I cannot imagine having worked with anyone else. I highly recommend Naomi as trustworthy, diligent, intelligent (I thought many times she could also double as an attorney!), knowledgeable, and thorough. When it comes time to sell my mum's current home, I will be in contact with her again. Thank you, Naomi, for your dedicated service! Stephanie is fantastic! My husband got an offer to move down south and it all happened so fast. I researched agents and found a lot to be very pushy but I didn’t feel that way with Stephanie. I sent in a request to talk with her at like 5 in the morning and shortly after I received a text that introduced herself and said whenever I wanted to talk she would make herself available. From then on we met and we loved her personality. We moved out of state before our home was even on the market and Stephanie made the process as painless as possible! She helped us through every step and was so transparent. My husband and I are so thankful that she helped us as that was our first house together so it had a lot of sentimental value to us and she definitely made the process smooth! If you are in need of a realtor, look no further!

Buying a new home comes with a lot of questions and a lot stress! From the first time we met Wes he made us feel comfortable and answered the million questions we had. He has resources for everything we needed. Finance people, title company, home inspectors, packers, he has people that he has worked with and he trusts. Not one of them was a bad recommendation. Wes was calm and always available to help us in our journey to our new home. When I say we looked at multiple homes we looked at everything from Grand Colonials to Goat Farms! The radius spanned from Northern Virginia to over a 50 mile radius in all directions! Never once did he try to pressure us. He had asked for our “ wants “ before starting the process and made sure that we kept them in mind when something new and shiny but probably completely unnecessary was in a house. He was the always willing to hear our vision for a space. When it came time to negotiate on our new forever home his guidance was priceless. He kept us level headed with our expectations and gave us all of our options. If you need an agent Wes is the guy you want. Just be prepared that your relationship will last long after a home sale!
