Oh Stephanie, where do I begin? I connected with Stephanie via IG after a quick search for realtors in Fredericksburg. I sent her an email and she was very responsive with setting up a consult. We met, discussed my concerns and expectations in order to sell my home after it had sat for over 60 days and she delivered as stated. Stephanie was great. We moved on a corporate relocation from out of state and often gave her last minute, short windows to see houses. She always accommodated. She knows the local market and most of the other prevalent local realtors, which is a huge advantage in negotiations. She worked with us for 3 months until we found the right property Despite our big asks and high expectations, she was very effective and professional throughout the process At our request, Stephanie provided excellent referrals for home inspectors, insurance, title company, etc… We would not hesitate to work with her again.
