At each stage of our lives, Vicki has helped us find the right house for us (three times!), starting in Niceville, then Crestview, and now in the northeastern countryside of Okaloosa County with a house on forty acres. We were trying to sell our house fairly quickly and Vicki helped us pinpoint all the things that were necessary to do with the house that would make a difference and those that would not, which sometimes are not that intuitive. She also helped deal with the other realtors and negotiate very well with our best interest in mind what would help sell the house at our price point with as little headache in fixing minor problems with the house. As problems arose, she was able to address them quickly and without much headache. Once the house was under contract, everything went smoothly and quickly and she verified that we got everything that we needed. 10/10 would definitely recommend her for both buying and selling.
