Kim handled the transfer of Title w excellency and Professionalism!

Kim was very knowledgeable about all she did for me when selling my home in Florida! She was polite, kind, and very accommodating. When we were trying to finish “freshening,” up the house, she stood side by side w my daughter, Marcie, painting the needed walls! My house sold within 3 days of being put on the Market and I received the original price that I asked for! …and then when the house was sold she took care of transfering the title w ease and profiency! We chose Kim, b/c, she and my daughter had gone to Church together for many years! She is a lovely lady!
