He was patient, and always took the time to answer all of my questions (no matter how small or repetitive). His communication was excellent, and he kept me informed through every step of the process. What really shocked me was how smoothly everything went. He handled everything with ease, and because of that, what could have sent me straight into a panic attack actually felt exciting and manageable.😂
