Due to the fact that we now live out of Ohio, when we encounter a problem (i.e. Broken pipe, Mold in basement) he helped us by getting someone to come and fix the problem. This is my second time buying through Kaszyca Real Estate. Katie was my agent both times. She is a fantastic agent and I could not recommend her enough.
