Judy was always available. She did meet our daughter to look at a house more than once as we lived out of town. My wife flew into town on short notice to look at a property and Judy spent just about all day with her and our son-in-law. She even arranged for another realtor friend of hers to show us a property on a day when she was attending a family funeral. Very responsive answering our text messages and phone calls. Knowledge about all the areas we were interested in. Also kept us on track making sure we were ready for our closing.

Judy and I communicated both via text and phone call. She picked up every call and texted back quickly. She was really on top of every neighborhood we looked in, with comps and information about the community. I really enjoyed spending time with her during the inspection. She worked with the title company and made the closing more easy than I ever expected it to be.

Brady is knowledgeable and makes the process understandable and puts her experience to getting a good contract that everyone feels comfortable with. Brady is in my opinion the best realtor in the whole world. What my bank failed to help with Brady did she went above and beyond what she had to do with every step of the loan didn't just send me stuff like fifth third and left me too figure it out. So Brady stepped up and explained fifth thirds part if had questions about anything she called me when we had to sign stuff for her and explained it to me.
