He did so great, when it came time to sell, I called him again. His expert eye really helped to set me up for successs by advising minor cosmetic repairs that needed completion in order to receive the best price. I was called away out of town and Mitch was so helpful to step in and monitor the different contractors and their work. Once we were on the market, I received a FULL price offer from the FIRST client who saw my home on the VERY FIRST DAY on the market! Granted I was blessed with a beautiful home, and am so thankful to God, but those adjustments Mitch suggested really helped it shine, it was sold in record time, and Mitch helped me throughout the process. The photographer Mitch uses, is very top notch and helps show the home very well online. This really helps buyers to see the home online and grab their interest. When meeting with Mitch to start the sale of the home he came well prepared to help sell the home and put everyone at ease and gave us good advice. We lived next door to Mitch and his family and knew we wanted to use him for our realtor when it was time to sell our home. Our mom's home was the second home we sold with Mitch.
