Rebecca went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. She kept us informed as soon as she knew any updates. We had issues with mortgage broker and offered us an alternate broker that also shared her quick response. Negotiation process had its hiccups but Rebecca was on top of it. She had motions in place before we could even ask her about it. The whole process with her was not as stressful as we thought it would be. We have and will continue to refer her to anyone else that we know that are looking to buy their new home.

I highly recommend Rebecca Nedelka as a realtor! She was extremely patient and was there to answer the many questions I had as a first time home buyer. She taught me to look for things that I would have never thought of, which helped in the home buying process. It wasn't an easy search. Cuyahoga Falls has about a dozen houses for sale at any given moment, and they move in two weeks (at worst). There are only good things to say about Rhesa. I did not know her when we started the process but was immediately comfortable, with her as a person, as well as her knowledge of the real estate market.
