Cheryl was always there to help me understand the process. i had several addendums due to some pricing adjustments because of additional work that had to be completed before closing. Very caring and understanding when I had a lot of questions. i would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Rebecca went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. She kept us informed as soon as she knew any updates. We had issues with mortgage broker and offered us an alternate broker that also shared her quick response. Negotiation process had its hiccups but Rebecca was on top of it. She had motions in place before we could even ask her about it. The whole process with her was not as stressful as we thought it would be. We have and will continue to refer her to anyone else that we know that are looking to buy their new home.

It wasn't an easy search. Cuyahoga Falls has about a dozen houses for sale at any given moment, and they move in two weeks (at worst). We lost properties to faster buyers, walked away from houses with crumbling foundations and hidden mold, and watched listings disappear before we could schedule a second look. It went on for months. John never blinked. He stayed with us through every dead end and near-miss, and when the right house finally appeared, he moved fast.
