This was the second time I worked with James in purchasing a home. I thinks that says something already. I only have good things to say about James, as a professional and as a human being. He is very knowledgable and thorough agent who cares for your wants and needs but is also there to give you guidance in making your own decisions. He went above and beyond for me when I needed help and gave me the time and patience to pick the right house for me.

Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.
