She took her time and was very willing to show us what we were looking for. I would recommend her for future sales and showings

She helped me through every step and as it being my first house. She made sure I knew exactly what I was doing.

Kathy is exactly what you want in a buying agent. She does her homework on the market and offers a great set of eyes to point out features of the property you may not think of. Whether those features are desireable or undesireable. She definitely helped me decide houses to pass on vs make an offer while respecting that it was my decision to make based on what *I* was looking for in a house, and she recalibrated HER expectations to fit my buying goals. 10/10, definitely plan on working with Kathy Dodge in the future!

Linda proved to be a great real estate agent. Made the home buying process a breeze. She was always available for questions. I appreciated her honesty and professionalism throughout the process. Would highly recommend!
