My wife Kim and I have recently purchased a lovely home in Kent and sold the farmhouse and property in Rootstown. Amanda was our realtor thru out this whole process and was wonderful to work with. Amanda was always prompt with returned phone calls and information. Amanda demonstrated a high level of knowledge and experience in the market, especially when we were selling our last home in the winter months. She kept the process going and was super helpful with the realtors on the other end to make things happen. Even when we became doubtful about things and details she kept a positive spirit and attitude. Amanda came into the process ready and knowledgeable about my property, my neighborhood and the market. She made everything very easy and her communication was impeccable! I only communicated with her and felt like her only client. She was very responsive and helpful from the moment I met her until after closing. She came highly recommended and I can see why!
