Niki and Skyler communicated a marketing plan from the beginning and stuck with it. There were no dead periods during the marketing and activity was consistent. They recommended staging the house and we believe that was important to generate interest and activity early in the listing. Once we had interested buyers, they were diligent and effective in moving things along. Likewise, once under contract, all details were managed well through closing.

We were able to see a number of homes that would have fit the bill, and some that didn't. Thea gave us a of choices and worked tirelessly to make sure we found a home we can be excited to live in. once we found our home, Thea went above and beyond expectations, sending us video and pictures of our homes progress and served as our liaison with the builder to make sure our home was perfect for us once we made the trip from New Hampshire to North Carolina. We actually met Melina Bienlien a yr. Before when we were just talking about the possibility of moving ..she spent the whole day with us to show us around …knowing we were not even close to making that big decision!!! She made such an impression on us ( we felt like she was someone we had always known but had only met once ) then almost 1 yr. Later we remembered her & got InTouch again …Melina not only went out of her way the 1st. Time but the 2ed time as well!!
