I could not have been more satisfied with Shantae. I lived in my house for 26 years and had never gone through the process of selling a property and/or moving. Shantae made me feel at ease through the whole process. From staging my home, making recommendations as to when to put the house on the market, how to navigate the price, finding comps, Shantae was on top of everything. She demonstrated excellent communication by calling or texting regularly with updates and any changes. She answered every question honestly and would go above and beyond finding information if she didn’t know the answer to my question. The whole process was complete from listing to closing in less than 2 months. I could not be more pleased with the experience and would recommend Shantae for any real estate needs.

Angie's professionalism and her knowledge of the area in which she represents helped my sister and I, who lived out of state, make a purchase without physically seeing the property. She went out of her way many times to drive a good many miles to video and photo our home while being constructed. Her personality is like a ray of sunshine.

I had a decent experience overall. Would have liked better communication and guidance given it was my first home purchase. Felt like I was having to hunt for houses myself and hope the realtor was available rather than being assisted throughout the process in finding something that fit my expectations.
