Susan really shined during our negotiations and through the closing, walking us through each step and staying on top of the entire process to ensure closing occurred on schedule. She compiled additional documents for our appraisal and communicated with us almost daily to keep us informed. Lina Morrow is a true professional. I appreciated her working with my daughter on a lot of the process stuff. Lina was her realtor when they moved to Hickory and my daughter and her husband recommended Lina to me based her skills at that time. Lina was helpful with the offer and the counter offer. The closing was smooth in spite of the Covid virus issues. We used the Docusign process to facilitate the bid/offer and the closing documents.
