I want to start off by saying Kaylin is a wonderful person to work with! She showed me 7 to 10 houses and when I lost out on the first house, she kept my spirits up and didn’t let me get discouraged. When my offer got accepted on the next property, she counseled me and kept my anxiety at bay. She fought to get me a good purchase price and a few extras thrown in. After that she organized everything that needed to be done and through the process of escrow and closing kept wonderful communication with me and instructed me step-by-step what needed to be done. After closing, she has continued to go above and beyond, stopping by and checking in on things. I would recommend Kaylin to a friend in a heartbeat.

Shelly did a great job for us. The back story is my wife wasn't very excited to relocate even though my job required it. That said, Shelly worked patiently with her and the relocation company to get it listed. One thing in particular I would note is we had a couple of minor repairs which were necessary. We didn't want to list the house until those were resolved and the house was perfect. Shelly recommended to list the home on the MLS as "Coming Soon" . This allowed us the get our repairs completed and build some interest. I thought the idea was brilliant. The result was we accepted an offer that met our expectations the first day which was less than 1% of asking price. I'm sure we could have held on and got more but it was priced correctly for the market and time to move on.
