I have had 4 other agents before Armando . 3 were dishonest and horrendous (I won’t name names) I thought maybe most are that way ? until I found 1 who was actually pretty good , I liked her a lot but then I found Armando who has been the BEST out of all 5 . I’m no longer looking for a new agent anymore. He will teach you and guide you through the market . He is someone you can trust !! He will always shoot it straight , give you his best advice and look out for you and your families best interest . If something doesn’t add up , he will tell you instead of just trying to close a sale . He has done this with me many times . We have also purchased together , and he made sure to continue to help me even after the sale was done. I have recommended him 10000x over to my friends and my family ! He is just a really good , solid , honest person who has a lot of experience. Also : he does single family homes which we have bought ... or if your looking for investment properties he does it himself as well . So he can look at a sale through that perspective and use his experience to help anyone looking for rentals , flips etc .. that is a big deal if that is your goal . Hire someone who does it themselves and who is willing to show you how it’s done . Agents that only specialize in single family only look at it one way . Armando does everything . And he has connections in every niche of real estate .

Deana was incredibly wonderful with myself and my husband. She walked us through every single part of the buying process and took time to do explain in detail each part. Kelly has an excellent grasp of the local market. She’s personable and very friendly yet completely professional when it comes to “ getting the deal done”. On this particular sale she went out of her way to get bids for some needed repairs to my property which was not her responsibility. I am a repeat client and continue to be exceedingly satisfied with Kelly’s knowledge and performance.
