I met Tony after receiving his colored post card in the mail outlining the company, his experience and his listings for homes that were on the market and those he had sold . Normally, I would not pay attention to these mailers. In 2016, I was notified by the HOA of a flood in the condominium and everything was a total loss. I was the DPA for a friend of mine and both of us live in different states. I pulled out the mailer from the Tahoe folder and contacted Tony. Tony went above and beyond assisting me through this nightmare. Tony was in communication with me, via phone or email, continuously, discussing each stage of the remodel; meeting with the supervisors and subcontractors, overseeing the quality of the workmanship and the ongoing delays. With Tony's knowledge and expertise in selling homes in the South Lake Tahoe, he introduced me to a wonderful interior designer, Carol Faccineti. Since Carol and Tony both reside in the Tahoe area, their keen eye and knowledge of current trends, helped me tremendously in selecting colors, materials, appliances, etc. to enhance and set apart the condominium from the competition. After 3 long years of delays, the condominium was ready for the big reveal! In four days, we had an offer! Well, as luck would have it, during the final inspection a leak was identified in the 2nd bathroom. The company doing the remodel, refused to do the repair, even though there was a one year warranty for their workmanship. Tony to the rescue once again!!! He arranged for a contractor to come out immediately to repair and complete the work before the escrow closed. I highly recommend Tony to represent anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Tahoe area.
