I have used Toni for multiple purchases in the Tahoe area. He has always been amazing very open with a high degree of communication to let you know where things stand. He also understands the market well to help guide you on the things that are truly important and the things that will get you the best price for your home. He’s very easy to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking in the Tahoe area.

We cannot speak more highly of Bonnie Glennon. Obviously, buying a home is one of the most important decisions one can make in life. Bonnie took us through this journey with impeccable professionalism, patience, and kindness. Her knowledge of real estate made the whole process run smoothly. Bonnie had some great ideas and solutions for a couple of items that needed to be navigated. Throughout the transaction she was very supportive and motivated to make things happen. We are so happy having worked with her and would recommend her to anyone who has real estate needs.

Very attentive, detail oriented, knowledgeable. We had a wonderful buying experience.

When we decided to sell our beloved north Tahoe home, we immediately knew we needed Karen. In having known Karen for many years prior to this sale, we have observed nothing but exemplary qualities anyone could hope to expect from their Realtor. No detail is ever left unnoticed, no line-item unaddressed. She truly sets the standard in excellence, and navigates the real estate transaction with a fierce and apparent passion of doing right by people - all while holding her client's best interest in the highest regard. From being there for photographs to ensure a property is marketed in its own unique and divine light, to providing all possible outcomes so that the client is best able to decide, all we can say is thank you. Thank you for continuing to exceed expectations, and another job well-done.
