I cannot say enough great things about Kristi. She is a total professional, and will also offer a calming presence throughout the entire process. Buying my first home meant a lot of anxiety from me. I had so many questions. Fear had kept me from taking the homeowner journey for a long time. Kristi was so patient and a counselor to me the whole way. She balances human touch with skill in the real estate game. She very knowledgeable and will answer any question promptly. She navigates all the difficult terrain of buying a home. She will go to bat, when you need a tough negotiator. What truly sets Kristi apart is her genuine kindness and integrity. She does what she says. She cares about her clients. She will help you to the correct decision. She will earn your trust and stay steady until your dream is realized. You just need to show up with a wish list, and she will lead you there OR if you are firm and know what you want- she will find it. I know I would still be renting and only dreaming of a place of my own, if not for Kristi. I am so grateful I took the homeowner journey and that Kristi was at the wheel. The whole process was so quick and easy; all I had to do was show up, sign, and move in. I had attempted to rent just prior to buying and truly, my transaction with Kristi was so much easier, less heavy lifting and the reward is so much greater. I am so happy with my purchase. Kristi is everything you are looking for in a real estate professional. Look no further if you are having any apprehension. Look no further if you know exactly what you want. Kristi has earned my business and referral for life. Because thanks her, I may want to do this again!

I have not been a website review writer -- in fact, this is my first. Yes, Kaylin is that good, that special. From my first questions about local weather to my last questions about renovating possible properties before moving in, Kaylin responded quickly, informatively, and personably. When Kaylin was needed elsewhere, associate Jesse Schue, drove to meet me at various properties. When the right house came on the market, they got me in to see it immediately and helped me submit the winning offer. Whenever questions or delays in the escrow process arose, Kaylin guided and encouraged me along. Escrow closed on time, my desired renovations were completed on time (thanks to the contractor Kaylin introduced me to), and after two months here, I LOVE my new home. Truly, if you are looking for a home, you want to work with Kaylin Culver and Jesse Schue.

I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

Our experience working with Tony was top notch. Selling and buying a home is a stressful process and Tony made it less so. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. His communication, expertise, and knowledge throughout the process was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Tony to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
