I have not been a website review writer -- in fact, this is my first. Yes, Kaylin is that good, that special. From my first questions about local weather to my last questions about renovating possible properties before moving in, Kaylin responded quickly, informatively, and personably. When Kaylin was needed elsewhere, associate Jesse Schue, drove to meet me at various properties. When the right house came on the market, they got me in to see it immediately and helped me submit the winning offer. Whenever questions or delays in the escrow process arose, Kaylin guided and encouraged me along. Escrow closed on time, my desired renovations were completed on time (thanks to the contractor Kaylin introduced me to), and after two months here, I LOVE my new home. Truly, if you are looking for a home, you want to work with Kaylin Culver and Jesse Schue.

Josh is great! He knows our local market and helped me understand where to price the home and why. He kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to answer all my questions. He’s personable, easy to work with, and it was truly a pleasure working with him. I’m so glad I chose Josh and would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!
