Valuable advocate and adviser

I was very impressed with Kaylin. She understood our non-negotiable points and advocated on our behalf. She took initiative to conduct neighborhood research regarding prospective assessments (when other agents took the “I don’t know and we can’t find out” approach). She is definitely a value-add. Further, she is delightful - professional, respectful of our time, clear about the risks of waiving contingencies.

First time homebuying

I want to start off by saying Kaylin is a wonderful person to work with! She showed me 7 to 10 houses and when I lost out on the first house, she kept my spirits up and didn’t let me get discouraged. When my offer got accepted on the next property, she counseled me and kept my anxiety at bay. She fought to get me a good purchase price and a few extras thrown in. After that she organized everything that needed to be done and through the process of escrow and closing kept wonderful communication with me and instructed me step-by-step what needed to be done. After closing, she has continued to go above and beyond, stopping by and checking in on things. I would recommend Kaylin to a friend in a heartbeat.
