When the right house came on the market, they got me in to see it immediately and helped me submit the winning offer. Whenever questions or delays in the escrow process arose, Kaylin guided and encouraged me along. Escrow closed on time, my desired renovations were completed on time (thanks to the contractor Kaylin introduced me to), and after two months here, I LOVE my new home.
