She was so talented and great to work with, she is now buying agent. As a side note, I lost my close friend and realtor during the pandemic, and Barbara had some mighty big shoes to fill. She filled them and beyond. For the numbers folks, it was 9 days on market and 23 days from listing to closing. An amazing couple have a new home and our only contingency was to know the name of their dog ;-> A huge shout out to Barbara and the new owners and their dog!
