This guy literally goes the extra mile! I was very impressed with Steve from start to finish. He knew what I was looking for and helped me find just the right home.

We needed to sell a house as part of an estate. The house was not in good shape and we weren't optimistic about our chances to sell it. Mark did his walk through and was upbeat and encouraging the entire time. He pointed out all the positive aspects of the house and the neighborhood and reassured us that with a little bit of work the house would sell. Mark guided us through the steps leading up to getting the house on the market and clearly explained his strategy for getting the house sold. When the house went on the market it attracted a lot of interest and sold within a day! Thank you Mark!

Nadya is absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped us sell our house for a higher price than listed on the first day of showings. While selling at the house - she helped us to buy a condo we really wanted. Nadya took care of all the difficulties and complications during this process. She was always accessible, prompt, cordial, and very professional. It was a pleasure working with Nadya and I would gladly recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell a house.
