A Great Experience!

We needed to sell a house as part of an estate. The house was not in good shape and we weren't optimistic about our chances to sell it. Mark did his walk through and was upbeat and encouraging the entire time. He pointed out all the positive aspects of the house and the neighborhood and reassured us that with a little bit of work the house would sell. Mark guided us through the steps leading up to getting the house on the market and clearly explained his strategy for getting the house sold. When the house went on the market it attracted a lot of interest and sold within a day! Thank you Mark!
