I've moved dozens of time so have used, sometimes just endured, lots of realtors, so I have a good perspective here. Jason (and Tiffany behind) the scenes have been exemplary, extremely competent, personable, attendant to my concerns (accepting idiosyncracies in my wishes with only judicious expressions of caution), generous with their time. When I thought, for example, i couldn't get a mattress delivered soon, Jason offed to lend me an air mattress. When I got to the house there was a care package of the dozen or so things you need but forget the first day, a huge cookie saying 'Welcome Home Andy,' and an equally sized pizza. They know the town and who in it can help with things. Jason worked well with an unusually finicky inspector, not defensive, always focused on my needs. It's like having an old friend or a brother helping you make difficult decisions, making you feel welcome, critiquing choices and wishes tactfully and helpfully. And all this, from a practiced curmudgeonly octogenarian who's galactically hard to please in any area at all.

We have had 10 different agents in the past. Bree is the best one we have ever had. Her advice was spot on. From market knowledge to staging to negotiating, she provided excellent advice and her communication skills are outstanding. She is clearly passionate about every aspect of real estate. We had a couple of challenging situations arise and she guided us through them perfectly. She is very detailed and tenacious. She quickly gets answers to any question that may arise. She’s an excellent negotiator. We were ready to sign and she advised us to hold out for a better deal and she was right. We could not be more pleased with Bree. You will not be disappointed if you choose her as your agent!

We loved working with Steve! He asked all the right questions to help us feel comfortable with our house purchase, and also gave us a lot of insight into the market analysis when comparing our new house to similar homes. He is very thorough and comes prepared to every showing, and is always responsive when he had questions. He also gives meaningful answers and doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear, but rather gives detailed responses to questions with his personal experiences and recommendations to back those responses.

Brace, and his staff, Erik, Cindy etc, are thoroughly professional. Everything they do, is as promised, and to the letter. Our home listed a week after first meeting with Brace, and had multiple offers, the first weekend. We are very pleased with everything that his team did for us, and would heartily recommend them for any real estate transaction. I saw them first hand and in action, because they were the listing agents for my son's home in Bearpath in Eden Prairie. They did a fabulous job, and the house was sold for 1.3 million.
