AS soon as I handed over my home to Ryan I was able to set back and not worry about anything. He helped me price it...and was spot on. He cleaned up what needed to be cleaned up so it showed well. We had a very good experience working with Ryan and his team. They were very helpful and professional. Ryan is very knowledgeable about the local market and helped us greatly to price our home just right. The house sold twice! Both times within 2-3 days.
