Our home listed a week after first meeting with Brace, and had multiple offers, the first weekend. David was an exceptional agent. My house was on the market for six months and had 83 showings and not a single offer. The previous agent was not an advocate to sell the house and had no motivation. David came in worked on the listing and there were almost a dozen showings right away and sold the house within a week. David is the best agent I have worked with over the years.
