David did an excellent job representing us selling our home and working with the builder for our new home. He was relentless following up with realtors after showings, and was constantly monitoring our "marketing" (online presence, photography, etc). The professional stager and photographer were fantastic and really were a huge attribute. David knew exactly how to handle the multiple offers we received and ensured an optimal outcome. David was an exceptional agent. My house was on the market for six months and had 83 showings and not a single offer. The previous agent was not an advocate to sell the house and had no motivation. David came in worked on the listing and there were almost a dozen showings right away and sold the house within a week. David is the best agent I have worked with over the years. David needs to be recognized for his professionalism and how he handled this sale, not just for the speed of the sale but how he handled himself as I recently have been divorced and how he worked with myself and my ex was stress free. He needs a raise !!!!
