Could not recommend David more! He made the whole process as seamless as possible for our scenario. We were moving out of the country and wanted to sell before leaving if possible. The buyers threw some curveballs our way and David was there to help with every step of the process. He was always very quick to respond to our questions. The sale didn't end up finalizing before we left, but he helped us get everything in place while we were overseas to make sure it went through smoothly in the end.

Claudia explained the processes of preparing my condo for sale and for searching for a new home very well. After the condo sold, she was efficient and persistent in helping me find a new place during a difficult buying time. When we toured places, her observations were insightful and when I finally made an offer that was accepted, she helped me complete the process in a way that was clear and fast. Mark is amazing! We were first home buyers as we had been living in the city in apartments for many years. Mark walked us through every step and made us feel extremely comfortable. He always answered any and all questions! Even with the craziness of the market, he always kept a very positive outlook for us while still being very honest. His confidence and knowledge of the market made sure that we were making the right and smart offer! We first had Michelle come out to our house and give an appraisal. We weren’t ready to sell, but she was able to talk us into fixing a few things up and getting it on the market. We were very surprised at the appraisal she gave us. Higher than what we thought. ( we also had 2 offers in just one day and we took the offer that was the best. Sold for over what we were asking.) What a great feeling to know the hard work we put into getting the house ready to sell paid off. She’s been an agent for 20 years and I can see why she’s the best in the business, she sure knows her stuff. She was always very quick to respond to a text message and keeping us very well informed on every process we were going through on both buying and selling the two houses.
