I highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Working with Nick on our recent home purchase was a pleasure and we would gladly work with him again. Prior to working with Nick, we had briefly worked with a few real estate agents who didn't really put in much effort and made us feel pressured to make an offer on homes we were unsure about. It honestly felt like they didn't contribute much and just wanted a commission. Working with Nick we had the exact opposite experience. He started out by asking us about our needs and goals so that he could understand what we were looking for in a home. He also explained the whole process upfront so that we would know what to expect. As we proceeded he continued to keep us informed about everything we needed to know at each step. He is extremely knowledgeable about homes and always had insightful comments during the walkthroughs. Due to our specific needs and the extreme sellers market, it took us a year to find the right home, but Nick never rushed us or pressured us to make an offer. He even suggested several times that we pass on homes that weren't a good fit or a good value. I believe he genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to find the right home. When we found the home we wanted, he helped us make a competitive offer without overpaying - in fact, our offer was accepted despite not being the highest offer. He had helpful recommendations for a lender, attorney, and inspectors to keep the process moving and make sure we were able to close on time. At closing, he was able to quickly resolve an issue that came up at the final walkthrough, and he even went above and beyond by helping remove some oversized stuff the sellers left on the property. On a personal level, Nick is friendly and easy to talk to, making him enjoyable to work with. We highly recommend Nick, and we will definitely recommend him to any friends who may be looking to buy or sell a home.

Valerie brings those to the table and a whole lot more. I know Valerie from our hometown and I knew that she would be the right person to handle my parents home sale after their passing. When it came time to list my commercial property I had a relationship with a commercial real estate broker, so I automatically gave it to them. I never had a single offer. It was frustrating. Fast forward two contracts with this commercial group and I thought Valerie did such a great job with my parent's house I wonder if she will take on my commercial farm property. As we were from out of town and needing to sell our mothers home in Princeton Junction, Jane was referred to us based on great reports from members of our mom’s church. We felt she took a truly personal Interest in us - more so than other realtors we’ve experienced in the past. Gail was our realtor through the whole of our very complex four month house buying process (one prospective purchases failed inspection, and the sellers then delayed closing on the property we did eventually buy). Throughout the whole process, Gail was extremely knowledgeable, gave us great advice in navigating all of the complex transactions, and where necessary fought our corner tenaciously. She was amazingly responsive - almost always immediately available to answer our many questions, and quickly and efficiently schedule appointments and viewings.
