Meghan was a breath of fresh air in our housing journey. She’s unlike other agents we have had before in that she’s not super pushy to get you to do something, instead she takes her time with her client and really wants them to be comfortable with the home they want. We have used other agents in the past to buy/sell and all they care about is getting the deal done. Meghan on the other hand took time with us over months to really allow us to see what was out there, never pushing us to just “get something”. I remember a time when we were looking at a place and then a bug bit my 2 year old, Meghan didn’t even think about it, she immediately went and helped to my little one and offered what she could to do to help. My situation was bittersweet. Debbie handled it delicately. I was left my parents house, which was actually my grandparents house, after they both passed away in 2025. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). Selling a home in this market is challenging, but working with Danielle made it as painless and straightforward as possible. And don’t get me wrong, I got a little crazy at times.
