She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling a home in this market is challenging, but working with Danielle made it as painless and straightforward as possible. And don’t get me wrong, I got a little crazy at times. As we were from out of town and needing to sell our mothers home in Princeton Junction, Jane was referred to us based on great reports from members of our mom’s church. We felt she took a truly personal Interest in us - more so than other realtors we’ve experienced in the past. She was on target with all of her advise, from pricing, staging, and guiding us through the process. The house sold in a short 4 month period which included the December holiday period. She has a lovely, charmingly professional manner and it’s obvious she has extensive experienced in her business. We highly recommend Jane Weber!!!

Ms. Susan McKeon Paterson was very helpful from the beginning of our relationship. It was obvious from our first meeting that she had done research already about our neighborhood and what the market situation is. She spent time explaining the market and competition we faced and then formed a plan with us. She made several wonderful suggestions to "stage" the house and make it look warmer and more inviting and she was present to help stage the house. Throughout the process, she was directly accessible by phone and text and e-mail and usually responded within 15 minutes to any questions or issues we had. She always let us know in advance of any Buyer's scheduled visits and she hosted a couple Open Houses for us. She also went above and beyond to help us find someone to take our almost brand new study furniture that the Buyer's did not want. She is extremely friendly and easy to talk with and never appeared impatient or uninterested. I would highly recommend her to both Sellers as well as Buyers because of her vast knowledge, negotiation skills, patience and easy accessibility.

This was our first time buying a home and Jane guided us through each and every step of the way. Jane helped us find our perfect home and during negotiations she never pressured us when we weren't sure; she patiently explained everything to us.
