Ms. Susan McKeon Paterson was very helpful from the beginning of our relationship. It was obvious from our first meeting that she had done research already about our neighborhood and what the market situation is. She spent time explaining the market and competition we faced and then formed a plan with us. She made several wonderful suggestions to "stage" the house and make it look warmer and more inviting and she was present to help stage the house. Throughout the process, she was directly accessible by phone and text and e-mail and usually responded within 15 minutes to any questions or issues we had. She always let us know in advance of any Buyer's scheduled visits and she hosted a couple Open Houses for us. She also went above and beyond to help us find someone to take our almost brand new study furniture that the Buyer's did not want. She is extremely friendly and easy to talk with and never appeared impatient or uninterested. I would highly recommend her to both Sellers as well as Buyers because of her vast knowledge, negotiation skills, patience and easy accessibility.
Susan is an unbelievable realtor and goes above and beyond to assist you in purchasing a hoe. It is not just another deal for her..she critically evaluates the properties/homes and if there is something that she is not happy with she points it out.
