He gave extra attention to checking things during tours that others might gloss over—I didn't expect an agent would go to those lengths, but was so grateful he did. He also provided great insight on negotiation and strategy throughout the process. We're so happy with the home we found and never felt rushed or pressured into something that wasn't right for us. Since we were navigating an eminent domain situation with our existing house, it felt really stressful to suddenly start look for a new home. But it became much less so with Nick on our side. Nick was instrumental in helping me purchase my first home from the beginning to the closing date. Once I expressed interest in a property, Nick would send me info without being prompted (e.g. when the furnace and windows were replaced). He would offer multiple referrals (loan officer, home inspector) to get me started. I ended up choosing one of his referrals after doing my own research. Despite internet saying you should not trust referrals from a real estate agent, my experience with Nick has been excellent. I started the home purchasing process with zero prior knowledge and Nick patiently educated me every step of the way. From what to look for (water damage, window condensation) to the lifespan of appliances, I learned a lot working with him. Cannot recommend enough.

Alea was the person on the ground near the home as I had to work it from a distance and she made sure that all of the details that needed to be handled were taken care of. She was always prompt and very clear with all relevant information and situations arising around the sale. And at the end of the day, even in a tougher neighborhood for home sales, we managed to get our asking price.
