Richard helped me with selling my house. He was very aggressive and had a open house every weekend until it was sold. Finally he got me the fait market price of the house and overall it was a great experience working with him. Very highly recommended.
We met with Rich Abrams and other realtors and eventually decided to use Rich to sell our home. Rich worked patiently with us to understand our needs and make home improvement recommendations that made our home sale a pleasant experience. We got a contract after one open house and he remained in the loop throughout the sale process. We were very impressed with Rich’s sales ability and his support staff at Century 21.
Rich has his fingers on the pulse of the market and really understands the buyers profile and what they are looking for. The office is a bit unorganized but they do get the job done.
Richard has 37 properties for sale and sold 18 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
