Hence she pointed out issues with homes when we entered and she saw them; she didn’t just want us to get suckered or just make a deal already, but wanted us to know what we were getting into, pros and cons, you name it. Very knowledgeable. And she even helped calm anxiety or fear around various areas just by her calm and put together demeanor alongside the wisdom she shared. In any circumstance, I never felt pressure from her which can be an issue among agents; she was a true advocate and partner in the process, out for our best interest. Also, communicating with her was a breeze, whether call or text or email (we preferred text for most of the process and quick updates). So very practical too. She even gave us a thoughtful gift once we finally purchased our home! If I were in the process again, I’d love to have Nicole again! I’m very thankful we connected and she guided us into purchasing our first home!
