Fred Gomberg helped me sell a house in Lawrenceville, NJ. As a resident of the area he was really knowledgeable about the neighborhood and market. Because I was out of state, he ably took care of details, like staging, inspections, and quick fixes. Nick was instrumental in helping me purchase my first home from the beginning to the closing date. Once I expressed interest in a property, Nick would send me info without being prompted (e.g. when the furnace and windows were replaced). He would offer multiple referrals (loan officer, home inspector) to get me started. I ended up choosing one of his referrals after doing my own research. Despite internet saying you should not trust referrals from a real estate agent, my experience with Nick has been excellent. I started the home purchasing process with zero prior knowledge and Nick patiently educated me every step of the way. From what to look for (water damage, window condensation) to the lifespan of appliances, I learned a lot working with him. Cannot recommend enough.
