This is my second transaction with Meghan. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and very easy to work with. Her patience through all the questions I had and support I needed to sell my house was amazing. We met a couple months before I listed and she provided really important information about the market and timing for listing. When I was ready to list she provided help with staging my house, had a great photographer take pictures, and created a beautiful listing. My house sold in 4 days (could’ve been sooner but we waited for a third offer!). Meghan is a truly lovely person and great realtor. I felt so supported and heard through the selling process.

Cindy was amazing when it came to selling our home and then helping us purchase our new home. She listened to us. She provided honest feedback. She was ALWAYS available to answer any questions I had, no matter what absurd hour I was contacting her at. If I wasn't reaching out to her, then she was reaching out to me to keep me up to date. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling a home in this market is challenging, but working with Danielle made it as painless and straightforward as possible. And don’t get me wrong, I got a little crazy at times. My situation was bittersweet. Debbie handled it delicately. I was left my parents house, which was actually my grandparents house, after they both passed away in 2025. We originally met Debbie at an open house when my daughter was looking for a house. My daughter hired her as her realtor and she was so patient with her for the year she was looking. So why not give her the opportunity to do the sale for my property. She helped out with all the paperwork, open permits, logistics with staging the house for the one open house we had. Had 6 or so offers and accepted the first one about one week later. She knew exactly how to handle the business and we received alot more than I ever expected.
